How to renew an item
There are a few ways in which you may renew an item. One is to visit the library, with your library card, and ask us to do it for you. Another is to call us at (617) 846-1703. The third option is to log to your account online and renew your items yourself. Go to your account and log in. Click on the dropdown arrow next to your name then click on Checked Out Titles. You should see links that look like this:

This should lead to a page displaying all of your checked out titles. You may click the blue button that says “Renew” or click the small check boxes to the left of the title’s cover and click “Renew Selected Items” to renew multiple items at a time. The next screen should tell you if the item(s) were successfully renewed, and display the new due date.
Reserve an item
Similar to renewing, you may request an item be reserved for you in one of three ways: Tell us in person, call us, or log in to your account. Please use the option that is most convenient for you.
