How to renew an item
There are a few ways in which you may renew an item. One is to visit the library, with your library card, and ask us to do it for you. Another is to call us at (617) 846-1703. The third option is to log to your account online and renew your items yourself. Simply go to your account and log in and you should see links that look like this:
Hit the ‘view all’ link beside the “currently checked out” text. You will be able to check the boxes next to the titles that you want to renew, and hit ‘go’. The next screen should tell you if the item(s) were successfully renewed, and display the new due date.
Reserve an item
Similar to renewing, you may request an item be reserved for you in one of three ways: Tell us in person, call us, or log in to your account. Please use the option that is most convenient for you.
